Terry Lee Burgess, 64, of Topeka, passed September 27, 2018.

Terry was born on November 28, 1953 to James and Hazel Burgess. Terry is survived by his ex-wife Cheryl and their children, Terry “Bobby” Burgess and his wife, Stacey, Robert Knight and his wife, Tandem, Renee Burgess, Trinette Burgess, siblings, Rocky, Joyce, Linda and several grandchildren.

Terry was preceded in death by both parents, a sister, Susan, a brother, Teddy, and a son, James Lee.

Terry learned auto mechanics as a young boy, and after serving in the Marine Corps, Terry spent most of his life turning wrenches with many successes of owning his own salvage yard and auto repair shops.

Terry’s pastime consisted of watching old westerns and spending time with his family and lifelong friend, Dave Stowers.

Services will be held at Parker-Price Funeral Home on Saturday, October 6th at 11 am. Please join us in celebrating Terry’s life.
