William G Kramer, 76, of Topeka, passed away on September 13, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born on October 30, 1945 to George and Margaret (Garvin) Kramer in Lawrence, Kansas.
William graduated from Meriden High School in 1963. After graduating he worked for the State of Kansas for several years before making his way to Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he worked for over 37 years before retiring.
On May 17, 1969, he married Mary Lou G. Carreno in Topeka at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He loved to ride motorcycles, traveling with his wife all around the United States, and also enjoyed drag racing in his younger years. William spent years farming with his dad. He also collected John Deere Tractors and had several Harley Davidson motorcycles throughout his life. William was his children and grandchildren's biggest fan, attending all of their sporting events and school events.
William is survived by his loving wife, Mary; son, William (Rebecca) Kramer and daughter, Tiffany (Lakeith "Will") Williams; grandchildren, William Daniel Kramer, Delaney (Jordon) Jensen, Devin Williams, Ainsley Kramer, Joseph Kramer, and Dylan Williams; sisters, Donnis (Gerald) Hodges, JoAnn Hards, Patty (Greg) Bond; and a host of extended family that he loved very much.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents; sister, Mary Peden; nephew, Heath White; and nieces, Shanel White and Jeri Thompson.
Graveside service will take place at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Ogden, Kansas on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11:00 am.
