William Phillip Driskell

William Phillip Driskell, age 66, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Topeka Center in Topeka.  Phillip was born January 19, 1954 in Topeka the son of Berryman Davis and Barbara Jean (Joslin) Driskell.  He grew up in Topeka, attending Highland Park schools and graduated from Topeka High School.  He married Bonnie Cantwell December 12, 1979 in Topeka.  He worked construction for several years in Texas and Hutchinson and later for the Jayhawk Motel and the Hanover Pancake House in Topeka.  Phillip is survived by his wife, Bonnie; two brothers, Jerry Driskell of Arlington, TX and Davis Driskell of Topeka; a sister, Ruby Smith of Topeka; four stepsisters, Sandra Dustin of Texas, Sharon Moon of Topeka, Carmen Dominguez of Scranton and Bonnie Cumpton of Topeka and a granddaughter, Miranda Cantwell.  Phillip was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Lewis Pete Cantwell, December 3, 1999.

Graveside services will be at the Topeka Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2020 .  Memorial donations may be made to the Davidson Funeral Home to assist the family with services.
