William G. Catt, 52, Mayetta, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at his home. He was born August 2, 1954 in Topeka, Kansas.
William attended Highland Park High School. He was a U.S. Marine from 1972-1974.
He married Cindy Cosby on February 8, 1990. She survives. Other survivors include his parents Benjamin and Wanda Catt, Holton; his 4 children, Lynn Brown and William B. Catt, both of Mayetta; Russell and Lloyd Ratzloff of Topeka; sisters, Carol Handley, Oklahoma City, OK; Linda and Brenda Catt, both of Topeka, and brother Michael Catt, Hoyt. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Johnson.
William will lie in state after 3:00PM, Monday, May 28th at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM, Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at Valencia Cemetery, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of William G. Catt in care of Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel.
