OBITUARY: Virginia A. "Vickie" Carnine Kasiska
Virginia Anne "Vickie" Carnine Kasiska, 85, of Topeka, died Wed., May 12, 2010, at Lexington Park Nursing Facility. She was born May 13, 1925, in Topeka, the daughter of Lorene GaNell Shields and Raymond S. Carnine. She attended Topeka Public Schools. She was a demonstrator at Harry's IGA and a hostess at Walgreen's on Kansas Avenue. Vickie was married to Lawrence H. Kasiska on June 24, 1966, in Topeka. He preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 1997. Private inurnment will be in Mount Hope Abby, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to The Capper Foundation, 3500 SW Tenth Ave., Suite A, Topeka, KS 66604.
