OBITUARY: Victoria Jane "Vicky" Gay
Victoria Jane "Vicky" Gay, 63, Topeka, died Wed., July 18, 2012, at her home. She was born Dec. 14, 1948, at Topeka, the daughter of Rev. Victor E. and Alice G. (Mears) Foster. Vicky was a caregiver and loved helping others who were less fortunate. She loved crafts and floral design. Vicky was a member of Victory City Church. She was married to Mark Goodson and they were divorced. She was married to Kim Douglas Gay. Surviving are her husband of 24 years: Kim Douglas Gay; children: Kimberly Sue Reichart of Topeka, Brandi Waid Goodson of Key West, FL, and Angela Michelle Goodson of Topeka; siblings: Patricia Fender of Phoenix, AZ, Judy Grimes of State Center, IA, Timothy Foster of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Rev. Rebekah S. Foster-Terry of Topeka; and grandchildren: Skyler W. Goodson, Cheyenne E. Mandeville, Hunter G. Mandeville, and Brooke A. Stich all of Topeka. Per Vicky's request she was cremated. Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM, Sat., Aug. 4, 2012, at Victory City Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Victory City Church, 2622 SE Sixth Ave., Topeka, KS 66607 or Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 NW Rochester Road, Topeka, KS 66617.
