OBITUARY: Timmy Jay Schaal
Timmy Jay Schaal, 53, Topeka, died Mon., March 8, 2010, at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born at Olathe, KS, the son of Donald E. and Dorothy M. (McMeckan) Schaal. Surviving are his companion: JoAnn Morris; brothers: David, Jimmy, Charles, & Robert Schaal; and sister: Martha Ardison. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Schaal, and a sister, Kathy Franklin. Committal services will be at Topeka Cemetery Garden Chapel, Friday, March 19, 2010 at 9:00 AM. Interment in Topeka Cemetery. Timmy will lie in state from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence where the family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
