Timmy L. Garcia

Timmy L. Garcia, 62, of Topeka, passed away on November 26, 2017 at KU Medical Center. Timmy was born on March 14, 1955 in Topeka to Albert W. Garcia and Patricia Milsap.

Timmy was a part of the Rossville Sons of American Legion Post 31, was an avid karaoke singer and dancing machine. He loved to ride motorcycles and be outdoors. Timmy loved to landscape and go on trips with his family. Timmy was also a member of the ALR and also attended Assumption Catholic Church.

Timmy is preceded in death by both of his parents, and grandparents, a brother Fabian Garcia and one sister Lisa Thorp.

He is survived by two sons, Timothy (Ashley) Garcia and Brandon (Jessica) Garcia; two brothers, Ricky (Dale) Garcia and Victor (Teresa) Garcia; three sisters, Cindy (Mark) Garcia-Zepeda, Martha (Pedro) Alatorre and Jodi Thorp ; and six grandchildren, Nigel Garcia, Sofia Garcia, Jayce Simmons, Jordan Simmons, Estevon Dominguez, and Gabriella Dominguez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rosary will be prayed Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home, followed by a visitation will be on till 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Davidson Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses. davidsonfuneral.com
