Terry Lee Thomas, 75, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023.
He was born February 2, 1948, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Ray Julius and Mary Jane (Babcock) Thomas.
Terry was a construction labor for Murray and Son's Construction for over 20 years and retired in 2012.
He enjoyed watching Western shows and movies, but John Wayne was his favorite. He also enjoyed fishing.
Terry married Norma Jean Radford on November 27, 1982 in Topeka.
He is survived by his wife, Norma; his children, Terry (Brenda) Lee Ford, Michael Joe McGuire, Jr., Jeremy (Stacie) Lee McGuire, Richard (Tracy) Jason McGuire; fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister, Linda Sue Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Larry Falley, Ronald Ray Thomas, Donald Dean Thomas, Ray Julius Thomas, Jr. and David Thomas.
A celebration of Terry's life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at the VFW, 3110 SW Huntoon St, Topeka, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Care 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
