OBITUARY: Terry Dean Earl



Terry Dean Earl, 60, Silver Lake, died Mon., March 17, 2008, at his home. He was born May 21, 1947, in Topeka, the son of Chester G. and Ellen Lorraine (Dennison) Earl.

Terry worked at Heumann Dental Laboratories for 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.

He was married to Pamela D. Holm on Feb. 23, 1966, in Topeka. They were preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Mitchell, on Jan. 13, 2005; and his mother, E. Lorraine.

Surviving are his wife, Pam Earl, of the home; 2 sons: Tony Earl of Sand Springs, OK, and Sean Earl of Los Angeles, CA; his father: Chester Earl of Silver Lake; a sister: Jacqueline Miller of Topeka; and 2 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Fri., March 21, 2008, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery. Terry will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Thurs., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1315 SW Arrowhead Road, Topeka, KS 66604, or Midland Hospice, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606-2800.
