Suzanne Eileen "Suzi" House, 62, Topeka, died January 5, 2015, at Plaza West Regional Health Center, Topeka. Suzanne was born September 28, 1952, in Topeka, the daughter of Marjorie Ann (Jones) and Howard Perry Robinson House, Jr.
Suzanne was a life-long Topeka resident and graduated from Topeka West High School. She was a resident of Sheltered Living and an active participant at TARC. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Cathedral. Suzanne was an avid K.U. Basketball fan, loved music, and collected stuffed animals.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Suzanne never met a stranger.
Surviving are her siblings: Daniel L. House (Cherri) of Lake Wylie, SC, Shirley J. McDonald (M. Scott) of Topeka, and Sarah A. Wemple (Jim) of Missoula, MT; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 9, 2015, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka, KS. Interment will be in Prairie Home Cemetery, NW 35th & Menoken Road, Topeka.
Suzanne will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Thursday, at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
