Shirley Redmond Wyatt passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 vacationing in Branson, MO. Shirley was born August 16, 1952 to Glenn and M. Lucille (Anderson) Redmond.
A life-long Thunderbird, she graduated from Shawnee Heights High School and resided in the Tecumseh area. She retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe.
Shirley married Alexander Wyatt on August 2, 1985. He survives. Besides her loving husband, other survivors include her brother Ronald Redmond and niece Amy (John) Potter of Topeka. Her children; Lyndy (Darren Boaz) Holt, Jeremy (Megan) Holt, and Justin (Nicole) Holt think she was just the best mommy a kid could have. Shirley loved spoiling rotten her favorite grandchildren Evan Adkins and Beatrix Holt.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Monday, April 10, 2017, at Penwell-Gabel Reception Center, 1940 NW Central Avenue, Topeka. Private interment will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in her name, or Let's Help and Harvesters in Topeka.
