Shirley “Jean” Bryant, Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Topeka with her family by her side. She was born May 22, 1940 to Larmer and Adeline Tippitt. She was the second of nine children.
She married David. F. Bryant on June 7, 1958. From this union they had four children; David (Myra) Bryant, Topeka; Cindy (Randy) Roberts, Corpus Christi, TX; Cheryl (Dan) Ralls, Topeka, Kansas; Greg (Florence) Bryant, Topeka; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, three sisters; one brother; and two grandchildren, Derek Ralls and Darren Bryant.
Jean was a homemaker until her children were raised. Then she worked for KPL ONEOK Gas Service until she retired in May of 2002 and moved to Corpus Christi.
