OBITUARY: Shaylee Brelle Oxy
Shaylee Brelle Oxy, 22, Topeka, passed away Sat., Nov. 5, 2011. She was born Aug. 19, 1989, in Topeka, the daughter of Erik N. and Melody (Eddleman) Oxy. Shaylee was studying to be a CNA. She had been employed by Stormont-Vail Hospital, Globe Restaurant, Maximus, Dillon's, and Kiku. Surviving are her parents: Erik and Melody Oxy of Topeka; a brother: Cody J. Lavin of Topeka; and grandmother: Marilyn Creason of Topeka. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Thurs., Nov. 10, 2011, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery. Shaylee will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Wed., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
