OBITUARY: Sharon Sue McKay
Sharon Sue McKay, 67, Topeka, died in her home on Mon., Nov. 28, 2011. She was born Aug. 18, 1944, to Kenneth Cleo and Elizabeth Jane Anstaett. She was preceded in death by a son: Michael Allen Johnston; and two brothers: Kenneth L. and James M. Anstaett. Surviving are her husband: Blaine E. Jensen; step-son: Danny Ray Dennis; her children: Kim Sumpter , Tony Johnston, and Eddie Johnston; sister: Kerri McGahey; brother: Hugh Anstaett; 8 grandsons; and 2 great-granddaughters. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Fri., Dec. 2, 2011, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Sharon will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Thurs., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, followed by a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sharon S. McKay Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 8647, Topeka, KS 66608.
