Ryan M. Rinehart, 45, Topeka, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022.
He was born in Topeka, KS, son of Rebecca (Swisher) Rinehart and Guy Rinehart (both surviving). He was married to Stacy Rinehart (Robinson) on August 7, 2002, and leaves behind her and their children Lilian (16), Claire (13), and Luke (7). He is also survived by sister Robyn (Rinehart), brother Brandon (Rinehart), aunt Gaye (Rinehart-Duffy), stepmother Janet (Rinehart), uncle George (Swisher), uncle Greg (Swisher). He was preceded in death by uncles Chuck and Ernie (Swisher), grandparents B.J. "Nana" and Jack "Bump Bump" (Rinehart) and grandparents Alice and Ernest (Swisher). Lastly, he is also survived by many cousins, nieces, one nephew, spouses of the above, and numerous others who loved him.
Ryan was a lover Star Wars, 311, comic books, SQL server (a Microsoft man all the way), tacos, video games, and boneless wing Thursdays. He also enjoyed Powerlifting, which he picked up in his early 40s, earning him 2nd place for his class at the Sunflower State Games. According to his nieces he gave the best "Wookie" hugs ever (complete with noises) and did a heck of a Donald Duck impression. He had an infectious smile and always a corny joke to cheer someone up. Ryan was always there for a friend in need, and anyone who was blessed to know him probably has a good story or two to share.
A visitation of family and friends will be held Sunday, February 20, 2022, 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Parker Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stacy Rinehart for future needs of their children.
