OBITUARY: Ryan Michael Kozubek
Ryan Michael Kozubek, 14, Topeka, passed away, Tues., June 2, 2009, at Stormont-Vail. He was born July 6, 1994, in Topeka, the son of Michael J. and Vera S. (Bisnett) Kozubek. Surviving are his mother: Vera S. Kozubek of the home; 2 sisters: Michelle Kozubek of K.C., MO and Kyndra Kozubek of the home; his father: Michael J. Kozubek of Topeka; grandparents: Virgil & Connie Bisnett of Hoyt, Mike & Pat Kozubek of Topeka, and Colleen Kozubek of Denton, TX; great-grandmothers: Mabel Bisnett of Aurora and Mary Pinkstaff of Tampa, FL; an aunt: Vicky Bisnett; and uncles: Rick Kozubek, Steve Kozubek, Dan Kozubek, and Thomas Kozubek. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Randy Bisnett. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Fri., June 5, 2009, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence. Interment in St. Aloysisus Catholic Cemetery, Meriden. Ryan will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Thur., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to United Leukodystrophy Foundation, 2304 Highland Drive, Sycamore, IL 60178 or Ronald McDonald House Charities, One Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
