OBITUARY: Ruth E. Vincent
Ruth Ella Vincent, 74, Topeka, died Fri., April 25, 2008, at Plaza West. She was born July 29, 1933, at Bushong, the daughter of Late and Pearl Langley. Ruth retired from Brewster Place. She was married to Fred Vincent. They later divorced.
Surviving are sons: Brad and Ron Vincent of Carbondale and Mike Vincent of San Diego, CA; sisters: Geneva May of Tulsa, OK, Frances Myers, Velata Tibbs and Virginia Langley, all of Topeka; and brothers: Donald Langley of Carbondale and Gerald Langley of Mesa, AZ.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM, Wed., April 30, 2008, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence. Private interment of cremains will be in Eskridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, Tues., at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 NW Rochester Road, Topeka, KS 66617.
