Roxie Carol Kelly, 57, of Natrona, WY, formerly of Topeka, died Tues., Sept. 19, 2006 at Wyoming Medical Center, Casper. Committal services will be at 2:00 p.m., Mon., Oct. 2, 2006, at Rochester Cemetery. She will lie in state after 1:00 p.m., Sun., at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 N.W. Independence, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., P.O. Box 1653, Topeka, KS 66601-1653.
