Rose Elizabeth Cook

Rose Marie (Schoenrock) Cook, 85, passed away on June 30, 2017 at her home in Grantville, Kansas.
She was born on February 3, 1932 to Arthur and Matilda Schoenrock. Rose graduated from Fairbury High School in Nebraska.
She married Robert Cook on January 21, 1956 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Rose loved to garden and visit and spend time with family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her daughter, Lori Sue Cook Boyden, and great-granddaughter, Everly Shipley.
Rose is survived by her three children; Sharon, Debra, and Doug; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two brothers; Bernard and Rudy and many nieces, nephews and furry friends.
A funeral ceremony will be at 1:00pm Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka. Interment will follow at Grantville Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
