Rosanna Louise (Garretson) Turner
Rosanna Louise (Garretson) Turner, 73, Topeka, died October 11, 2016, at Midland Hospice House. She was born February 17, 1943, at Johnstown, PA, the daughter of Margaret Rosanna (Cole) and John Lewis Garretson.
She moved to Topeka in 1955. Rosanna graduated from Topeka High School in 1961.
She was married to Bruce Turner in June, 1963. He died in September, 1984.
Survivors include one son: Rodney Turner of St. Marys, OH; siblings: Sandra Starr (Bruce) of San Diego, CA, Carol Hefner (Francis) of Topeka, Joann Bortz (John) of Topeka, and John Garretson (Susan) of Topeka; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2016, at Mount Hope Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW Seventeenth Street, Topeka, with Chaplain Terry Frizzell officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606-2800.
