Ronald E. Jones

Ronald E. Jones, age 75, of Topeka passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at his home in Topeka. Ron was born January 25, 1943 in Orlando, Florida. Ron worked at KNI in Topeka for over 20 years. He married Kathryn Parkhurst in 2001. She survives. Other survivors include two step sons, Christopher and Andrew Parkhurst; a brother, Lawrence Jones and three sisters, Debra Jones, Kim Harris and Sandy Jones. He was preceded in death by a brother, Rufus Jones.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the North Rock Baptist Temple in Topeka. He will lie in state after 4:00 p.m. until service time at the temple on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to North Rock Baptist Temple. davidsonfuneral.com.
