Robert E. "Bob" Hart, 74, Topeka, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at local care center.
Bob was born September 9, 1948 in Wamego, the son of Everett and Betty Jane (Yocum) Hart. He graduated from Topeka West High School in 1966 and attended Washburn University.
He served in the Kansas Army National Guard.
He was employed as a Clerk with Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad before becoming a Financial broker.
He enjoyed sports, especially golf and bowling.
Survivors include a sister, Nancy (Dick) Taylor; nephew, Doug M. Taylor; and special friend, Yvonne Nitz, all of Topeka. He was proceeded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Mount Hope Cemetery Funeral Chapel. Entombment will be in the Mount Hope Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the chapel one hour prior to the service.
