OBITUARY: Robert D. Lambott
Robert D. Lambott, 75, Topeka, went home to be with the Lord on Tues., June 10, 2008, at St. Francis Hosp. Bob was born March 7, 1933, at Solomon. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a U.S. Postal Service Letter Carrier. Bob was a member of Northland Christian Church.
Surviving are his wife: Ethelyn; 5 sons: Steve, David, Gerald, Rory, and Randy; 3 step-children: Shara, Marc, and Brent; 2 brothers: Glenn and Donald; 12 grandbabes; and 2 great-grandbabes.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Mon., June 16, 2008, at Northland Christian Church, followed by military honors conducted by a Fort Riley U.S. Army Detail. Private interment of cremains will be in Brantford Covenant Cemetery, Clyde. Bob will lie in state after 1:00 PM, Sun., at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Northland Christian Church, 3102 NW Topeka Blvd., Topeka, KS 66617 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
