Richard Lee "Dick" Wolfe
Richard Lee "Dick" `Wolfe, 80, of Meriden, KS, died Monday, October 16, 2017, at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka, KS. He was born May 16, 1937, at Fort Dodge, Iowa, the son of Martin Harrison and Marjorie Elenor (Fry) Wolfe.
Dick graduated from Meriden High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1958, and in the U.S. Air Force from 1958 to 1961. He was the Golf Course Superintendent at Topeka Country Club and later worked in the Payless Shoe Source General Warehouse.
Dick was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters: Donna Butrick, Joyce Meredith, and Lois Bolz.
Surviving are two sisters: Yuvonne Corinne Wolfe of Meriden, KS and Karen Dee Millenbruch of Hoyt, KS; and many nieces and nephews.
Interment of cremains will be in the Spring, 2018, in Netawaka Cemetery.
