Richard E. Napper, 66, of Topeka, passed away, Friday, March 8, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Napper has served in the United States Navy.
He was a member of Model Railroad Associations in both Topeka and Manhattan.
Cremation is planned. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday March 13, 2013 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel.
