Reva Maxine Mah, 87, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2008.
She was born November 7, 1920 in Blue Ridge, Missouri, the daughter of Ray and Nora (Justice) Endicott. She was a 1940 graduate of Atchison County High School.
Reva was employed by Boeing Aircraft Company in Wichita, KS. She later worked for Holly's Restaurant in Wichita where she met Tony Y. Mah Jr. and were married on September 18, 1944 in Wichita. They co-founded and owned and operated the China Inn Restaurant in North Topeka until 1983.
Survivors include her husband Tony of Topeka; a daughter, Connie J. Mah of Topeka; a son, Alan J. Mah of Dallas, TX; a sister, Ruby Elaine Garrison of Atchison, KS; a granddaughter, Melinda Lynn Mah. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Harold Raymond Endicott.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence. Mrs. Mah will lie in state after 3 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. The casket will be closed. Interment will be at the Penwell-Gabel Cemetery, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 NW Rochester Rd., Topeka, KS66617.
