Reba May Rookstool Bailey, 68, Topeka, died Sun., Aug. 8, 2010. She was born March 11, 1942, at Arnold, NE, and she was reared in Wamego,the daughter of Oral O. and Sarah E. (Rimpley) Rookstool. Surviving are a daughter, Teresa Heine, and her life partner, Tamara Livingston; sons: Willie & Dusty Van Vleck; sisters: Retta Watson, Mary Dinger , and Liz Dinger; brothers: "PeeWee", Fred, John, Duane, David, Jerry, and Alvin Rookstool; and a granddaughter: Linda Heine. She was preceded in death by a brother, George; a sister, Irene; and companion, Parker Van Vleck. Committal services 1:30 PM, Thurs., Aug. 12, 2010, at Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Reba Bailey Memorial Fund, 1716 Ruff Lane, Harrison, AR 72601.
