Ra'Shawn D. Brooks

Ra’Shawn D. Brooks, age 29, of Topeka, passed away February 22, 2021 in Topeka.  Ra’Shawn was born June 7, 1991 in Topeka the daughter of Shawn and Janice (Brooks) Mitchell.  She graduated from Topeka High School where she was a member of the Topeka High School ROTC.

Ra’Shawn is survived by her father, Shawn (Tamiko) Mitchell; her mother, Janice Brooks-Searcy (Lee A. Smith); son, JaeShawn J. Brooks; siblings, LaKresha, Davontra Alston, Monta Brooks, Jaishawn Roy Mitchell, Jamiko Mitchell, Shawnneice Mitchell, Shawn Roy Waynman Mitchell, Shaquan Mitchell and Justin Harris.

Visitation gathering will be Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow.  Donations may be sent to the Davidson Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
