OBITUARY: Mrs. Pearl Jane Boster
Mrs. Pearl Jane Boster, 75, Topeka, died Wed., July 4, 2007, at her home. She was born May 20, 1932, at Cedar Gap, MO, the daughter of Lewis Randolph and Viola Minnie (Laurie) Cobb.
Pearl was graduated from Eudora High School. She was a housekeeper for the United Methodist Home for 18 years before retiring.
Pearl was married to William Henry Boster, Sr., on Sept. 2, 1955, at Perry. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter: Karen Sue Frost of Topeka; 2 sons: William Henry Boster, Jr. and Karl Eugene Boster both of Topeka; 2 sisters: Wanda Puderbaugh of Meriden and Reba Falk of Lecompton; 2 grandsons; and 3 great-grandsons.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Mon., July 9, 2007, at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pearl will lie in state after 1:00 PM, Sun., July 8, 2007, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
