Pauline Mathe

Pauline Mathe 82, of Topeka, passed away Friday, Sept. 21, 2007. She was born Sept. 9, 1925 at Humboldt Nebraska the daughter of Ralph Revelle and Ruth O'Dell, Revelle both deceased.

Pauline was married to Arthur P. Mathe, Sept. 27, 1943. He preceded her in death March 1991.She is survived by daughters Nancy(Mathe)Riggs of Meriden; Marie (Mathe) Morrison III of Linn Creek, MO; Patty A Mathe of Topeka; two brothers and a sister, Charles(Chuck) Revelle and Gary D. Revelle both of Topeka; Diana (Davis)Mackey of Oklahoma. There are 5 Grandchildren, and 17 Great-grand-children.

Pauline spent most of her life in Topeka as wife, mother and homemaker. She had worked as a volunteer in the Shawnee Co. Sheriffs Dept. She also enjoyed CB Radio and was an early member of C.E.R.T.S as a storm spotter. Her radio handle was "Mermaid".

Pauline will lie in state after 2:00pm Sunday at the Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel at 245 N.W. Independence. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Sunday evening.
A funeral service will be at 11:00amMonday 9/24/2007 at North Rock Baptist Temple 2322 N.E. Laurent in the Oakland Area. Burial will follow in the Topeka Cemetery. To leave a message for the family online, visit www.PenwellGabel.com.
