OBITUARY: Paul W. Gilchrist
Paul William Gilchrist, 64, Meriden, died Fri., July 4, 2008, at Stormont-Vail Hospital. He was born April 1, 1944, in Topeka, the son of Stanley W. and Martha Pauline (Hope) Gilchrist. Paul worked for the City of Topeka. He was married to Karen Fenton; they later divorced. Surviving are a daughter: Sara R. Hunt of Fort Riley; a grandson: Austin Berman of Ft. Riley; an aunt: Faith Moffitt of San Bernardino, CA; and many supportative cousins. Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM, Tues., July 8, 2008, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka. Paul will lie in state after 5:00 PM, Mon., July 7, 2008, at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Tues.
