Patricia A. Lichter

Patricia Ann Lichter, 82, of Topeka, KS, died July 29th, 2024 in her home surrounded by her
family. She was born on February 27th, 1942 in Wilburton, OK to Paul and Lena Moon. Patricia
was preceded in death by her first husband William F Lichter, with whom she raised two sons,
Anthony and Robert (Brenna), and two daughters, Debbie and Linda. She is survived by her
husband Kirt F Collins, with whom she spent many joyous years raising six grandchildren,
Christopher (April), Brianan, Joshua, Andrea (Carter), Matthew, and Elizabeth and their two
great-grandchildren Juniper and Nova Rae. She was preceded in death by her 3 brothers, Jim,
Dennis, and Jerry, and her 2 sisters Nancy and Hazel. She is survived by her brother Terry.
Patricia had a passion for spending time outdoors by going on long walks and swimming laps at
her local gym. She was a devoted grandmother, and spent much of her time playing alongside
them and giving them all that she could. She was known for her quick wit, unbreakable spirit,
and undying love for her family. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who
knew her.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m on August 2nd at First Lutheran Church, 1234 SW
Fairlawn Road, Topeka Kansas 66608, with a visitation preceding from 12:30 p.m to 1:30 p.m at
the same location. The burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 801 SW Westchester Road
Topeka Kansas 66606. Family and friends are invited to attend a luncheon following the burial
at the Parker-Price and Davidson Reception Center, 245 NW Independence, Topeka Kansas
66608.
