Patricia Corber

Patricia Ann Runyan-Corber, 59, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006 in Topeka. Patricia was born on September 10, 1946 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert and Elieen Coffman-Runyan Patricia grew up in Topeka, and attended Topeka High School. She remained in Topeka and had worked for over 28 years at Jostens Yearbook. Patricia belonged to First Baptist Church of Silver Lake, and to Local Union G.C.I.U # 23. She loved working with her hands, as she enjoyed crafts, flower arrangements, and needle point. Survivors include her parents, Robert and Elieen Runyan, Topeka, a daughter, Elieena Corber of the home; sister, Beverly Womack, Topeka, and brother, Robert Runyan Jr., Silver Lake. Other survivors include many nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Marie Runyan-Womack. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka, with burial to follow at Silver Lake Cemetery. Patricia will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with family visitation from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday evening.
