Patricia Ann Franklin, 81, of Topeka passed away on July 20, 2014.
Patricia was born on February 28, 1933 in Atchison, KS, the daughter of Bill and Della Franzel. She was a graduate of Atchison High School.
Patricia married Jerry Franklin in November 1962 and had a son, Jay Franklin.
She previously worked for Southwestern Bell as an Operator and Scheduler. Patricia is survived by her husband, Jerry of Topeka, KS, her son, Jay of Overland Park, KS and her sister, Carol (Mike) Mullins of Atchison, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Judy Helmick and Olive Fisher.
Services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS. A private family burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Atchison, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
