Norma Druzella Clark

Norma Druzella Meade Clark, 90, of Topeka passed away on Friday, June 16th, 2023. Norma was born in November 22nd, 1932 at Burr Oak Bottoms, Kansas, seven miles north of Wathena, Kansas. She was the daughter of Frank Meade and Minnie Rhodes Meade. At age 14, Norma moved away and was able to live in many places throughout her life, including California, Texas, North Carolina, and throughout Kansas.

Norma graduated Barber College in 1983, and became a full time barber. Norma worked work several jobs outside of barbering until retirement. Norma was an avid bowler, and bowled in a league in for years. She was also known for her talents in jewelry marking. Norma loved to take cruises and go to the casino.

Surviving Norma are five children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her cat Buddy. She is preceded in passing by her siblings, parents, and one child.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 24th, at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made to Midland Hospice Care. The family would like to give a special thank you to her caregiver, Toni Vereen and the staff at Midland Care.
