Natividad Luna, 91, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009 at home. She was born Oct. 4, 1917 at Santo Cristo, Nueva Ecija in the Philippines to Felipe Morales and Felisa Zabat.
She is survived by her children, Araceli, Fiel, and Dina (John Maler) all of Topeka; and by her older son, Raul (Gayla Pinson) of Comanche, OK; 12 grand children: Mark (Amber), Joseph (Shelli), Christopher (Janelle), Micca (Kevin) and Monica children of Raul and Gayla Luna; Francis (Kristen), Gretchen (Tim) and Paul, children of Luz and Johnny Edrozo; Justine, Jared, Jason and Joshua, children of Dina and John Maler; and 8 great grand children.
Natividad will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Thursday Jan. 8th at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave. Family will greet friends at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 2014 NW 46th St. from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2009. Family rosary will follow. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009 at the church. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or Midland Hospice Care 200 SW Frazier Cir. Topeka, KS 66606.
