Myra M. Ryan

Myra M. Ryan, 92, Topeka, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital. Myra was born August 5, 1918 in Avoka, WI, the daughter of John and Wilhelmina Sailing. She married James Ryan and they were together for 58 years. Their children are, Patsy Switzky, Dale Switzky, Dennis Switzky, Suzann Whitt, Mary Rhoades, Jimmy, John and Michael Ryan; along with 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Patsy and Michael. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2010 at Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Myra will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
