OBITUARY: Michael Alfred Parman
Michael Alfred Parman, 64, Topeka, died Wed., July 6, 2011, at his home. He was born Jan. 20, 1947, in Topeka, the son of Harry A. and Cecelia M. (Gramm) Parman. Mike graduated from Topeka High School in 1965. He retired from Hallmark Cards in 2006, after 40 years of service. He married Wendy R. Reser on July 3, 1976, in Topeka. Surviving are his wife, Wendy, of the home; 2 precious daughters: Staci Agapiou (Damon) of Sherman Oaks, CA, and Kristen Hampton (Bruce) of Denver, CO; 2 grandchildren: Makenzie and Maxwell Hampton of Denver, CO; and a brother: Royce Parman (Barbara) of Prairie Village, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Darryl. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM, Mon., July 11, 2011, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka.
