Maxine Nona (Foster) Taylor, 95, of Topeka, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020.
She was born April 1, 1924, in Picher, Oklahoma, the daughter of Otha and Mary (Mohler) Foster. She graduated from Silver Lake High School.
Maxine was a member of the Countryside Christian Church, Moose Lodge, American Legion Auxillary, and Kaw Valley Women's Club.
Maxine married James E. Krallman Sr. (divorced), and later married Walter "Doc" Taylor.
Maxine enjoyed dancing, tending to her roses, going for walks, and visiting with anybody and everybody. She always had a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye.
Maxine is survived by her children, James E. Jr. (Mary), Gary L. (Shirley), Michael K. (Anita), and Randall L. (Angela) Krallman; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter "Doc" Taylor; brothers, Dale and Buck Foster; and sisters, Lucille Childers and Wanda Phillips.
A Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm., Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Parker-Price Funeral Home, 245 N.W. Independence Avenue, Topeka. Visitation will be the evening prior, Friday, March 20, 2020 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Following services, interment will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
