Marjorie M. Martin, 81, Topeka, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.

Marjorie was born in Topeka, on June 8, 1926, the daughter of Arthur T. and Harrietta E. (Davis) Disney.

Marjorie married Arthur C. Martin on April 3, 1946 in Lyndon, KS.

She worked for many years as a seamstress at her mother's drapery shop.

Survivors include three daughters, Sandra (Regis, Jr.) Campbell; Karin (Ed) Fennell; Jacquelyn (Steve, deceased) Brandenburg; five sons, Michael; Patrick (Theresa); Douglas (Darlene); Perry (Regina); Earl Martin; one step-daughter, Lois Gibbs; 27 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00p.m., Monday, December 31, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 N.W. Independence, Topeka. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Marjorie will lie in state after 2:00p.m., Sunday where family will greet friends from 3:00-5:00p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS, 66606.
