Marian D. Thomas

Marian Dean Thomas, born May 06, 1926, passed away July 29, 2023, at her daughter's home in Topeka, KS, surrounded by family and friends. Marian was a loving mother, grandmother, and caretaker. Marian enjoyed spending time with family and friends at the lake camping, going to the casino, and listening to country music, with the occasional Kid Rock. Marian also enjoyed her time watching lifetime shows while working through a good word search puzzle. Marian is survived by five children, Marylee Hales, Topeka, KS; James Davis (Sue), Topeka, KS; Karen Braden (Bobby), Topeka, KS; Patricia Amack (Daryl), Topeka, KS; Vickie Holz (Ken), Topeka Ks; Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as many loved family members and friends. Marian was loved by many and will forever be remembered and missed.

Marian was preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Mary Thomas, her brother Lloyd Thomas, her son Gary Davis and her daughter Barb Hales.

Visitation will be held at Parker-Price Funeral Home on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 10:00 am at Parker-Price Funeral Home.

Graveside Service will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka.

Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care and sent in care of Parker-Price Funeral Home.
