OBITUARY: Mrs. Margaret S. Williams Morgan

Mrs. Margaret S. Williams Morgan, 90, Grantville, KS, died Fri., July 17, 2009. She was born Dec. 4, 1918, at Wichita, KS, the daughter of Arthur W. and Mary E. (Jackson) Kisinger. She was a member of Northland Christian Church and a former member of Women of the Moose. Margaret was married to George "Allen" Williams on June 8, 1938, in Oskaloosa. He preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 1949. She married Harry E. Morgan, Sr. on June 2, 1968, in Topeka. He preceded her in death on Sept. 8, 1984. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Scott Allen Radford, in 1984, and a great-granddaughter, Morgan Lee Stirton, in 1990. Surviving are 3 daughters: Mary L. Ashby of Grantville, KS, Dixie A. Radford of Topeka, KS, and M. Jean Ricketts of Forrest, Il; a son: David Williams of Williamsburg, KS; a sister: Juanita Frauenfelder of Wamego, KS; 17 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM, Tues., July 21, 2009, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka. Interment in Rochester Cemetery. Margaret will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Mon., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. Per Margaret's wishes the casket will remain closed.
