OBITUARY: Lucille Marie (Larson) Thomas
Lucille Marie (Larson) Thomas, 91, Topeka, KS. Born at Hoyt, KS, to Marshall S.Larson and Elsie R. (Rickel) Larson. Survivors include daughter: Gwendolyn Kay Marx (Peter, deceased) New York City; sister: Marian K. Whitney (Fred, deceased); brother: Marshall S. Larson (Marie, deceased); nieces: Klee Anne Zaricky (John) and Beverly Ann Carlson (Dick, deceased); nephews; Lew Larson and Len Larson (Karen); and a loving great-niece and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters, and her husband. Lucille has been an active member of NOTOMA and the North Topeka Historical Society. Her annual school reunion at Hoyt was always a must to attend. She enjoyed playing cards at Garfield Park every Tuesday afternoon with her many friends. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Memorial committal services will be at 2:00 PM, Thurs., May 10, 2012, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW. 17th Street.
