Lonnie Shrimplin

Lonnie Lee Shrimplin, 42, of Wichita, formerly of Topeka, passed away, Friday, February 9, 2007 at his home. He had pneumonia.

Lonnie worked for Shawn Nelson Construction in Wichita.

He is survived by his children, Andy, Katie and Christopher, his wife Zabrina and her two daughters Cierra and Diana, his parents, Leslie Wayne and Margaret Shrimplin, his twin brother Larry, his brother Richard and his wife Robin, two sisters, Deann Hetrick and her husband Keith, Sheila Spangler and her husband Jeff, 8 nieces and 13 nephews.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 17, 2007 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Lonnie will lie in state after12:00 noon, Friday, at the funeral home where the family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday.
