Lois I. Myrick

Lois Myrick, 98, of Topeka passed away at her home on Wednesday evening, June 8, 2022.   She was born April 19, 1924 in Blue Rapids, Kansas the daughter of Harry and Verna Scott Talbot.   Lois was raised at Blue Rapids by her mother and step dad, Walter Chamberlin.   She moved to Topeka and spent most of her adult life in Topeka.    Lois worked for many years as a photographer at Zercher Photography in Topeka at their store downtown.  She enjoyed bingo and watching the Kansas City Royals.

She was married to Kenneth Myrick who preceded her in death on July 24, 1007.

Survivors include her children Tami King and husband Jerry, Mona Felch and Kenneth Myrick all of Topeka; six grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Along with husband and parents, Lois is also preceded in death by her siblings.

Lois will lie in state from 12-5 pm on Monday, June 13 ^th at Davidson Funeral Home.   Private interment will be held later at Memorial Park Cemetery.
