Linda Jo Wright

Linda Jo Wright, 64, of Osage City, passed away on July 25, 2020. She was born October 9, 1955 in Topeka the daughter of Marjorie and Eldon Wright.   Linda grew up in Topeka. On January 1, 1974 she became the life partner of Richard “Pete” Peterson.   He passed away in April of 2018.   As an adult, Linda lived in Burlingame for many years and later Alto, New Mexico.   After Pete passed away, she returned to Kansas and lived at Osage City until her passing.   Linda through the years always had dogs and cats.   She loved to quilt and sew.   She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her sister, Marsha Banks of Topeka (Mark); and several nieces and nephews which include, Jennifer Rafferty (Ryan) and Dawn Chapman (Jordon) and Kyle Dawdy, and her great nephew Alex Dawdy.

Linda was preceded in death by her mom, Marjorie, and her brother, Thomas.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N. Kansas Avenue in Topeka.
