Linda Katherine Meredith

Linda K. Meredith, age 74, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Midland Hospice Care. Linda was born July 26, 1943 in Topeka the daughter of Donald and Vivian May Pipkin. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1961. She married Marvin Meredith December 7, 1961 in Topeka. He preceded her in death June 10, 2016. Linda worked for Capital Federal Savings. She was an active volunteer at the Helping Hands Humane Shelter. She was a past member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Matthew Meredith in 2005. She is survived by two sons, Daryl (Vicky) Meredith and Dan (Linda) Meredith, both of Topeka; a brother, Nick Scofield of Topeka; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon until service time Friday also at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society or The Leukemia Society and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com.
