Leticha Lynn Mckinley

Leticha Lynn McKinley, 59, of Topeka passed away on January 1, 2021.   She was born May 9, 1961 in Topeka the daughter of James J. and Rebecca J. Foltz Brown. Leticha lived in Topeka for most of her life.   She was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed mealtime at home or going out to eat with her family. She loved to watch old movies and had a contagious laugh. Leticha accomplished much more in life than medical professionals ever expected; they didn’t give her much of a chance.   She was very independent and lived a good life.

Survivors include her daughter, Amy (Felisha Womack) Standoff of Salina; brother, Robert (Brandi) Brown of Topeka; her uncle, Dale Brown of Barnes, Kansas; three nephews and one niece.

Leticha was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, Mary Nichols and James Brown.

Cremation is planned.   A private family memorial service will be held later.
