Ramona "Lee" Woolford

Ramona “Lee” Woolford, age 79, of Wakarusa, KS passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her home in Wakarusa. Lee was born August 5, 1938 in Topeka the daughter of Albert and Mary Ruth Dealy Bourn. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1956. She married Edward Derby in 1956, they later divorced. She worked as the fabric manager at the 37 ^th Street Walmart in Topeka for several years. Lee was a member of the Wakarusa Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her companion, Harold Yocum; a son, Mike Derby of Wichita; two daughters, Suzanne (Douglas) Hays of Topeka and Lynne (Greg) Pelan of Topeka; three sisters, Mary Lou Hemberger of San Antonio, TX, Jane Zander of Topeka and Linda Krimm of Topeka; seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the Wakarusa Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Wakarusa Presbyterian Church and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com.
